The start of a new week

With the weather as nice as it was, we used the bbq for most of our meals, eating steak, sausages, pork with salad and roasted potatoes. We decided against the salmon this time. The pork was slow roasted in the oven for a couple of hours, before making its way to the bbq.

This morning we found our starting weight for the week gives us something to smile about. My partner is at an all time low, with just a few pounds left to shift. I'm starting the week just above my all time low which is fantastic too. After recently receiving some great feedback on body composition, the fat loss we have both experienced for over a year now, seems to be explainable due to the method we devised in Our Idea. It confirms our own thoughts on the ups and downs, the sudden drops, and the wild swings in weight. All very fascinating and I've lost weight in a way I've never experienced when following all those 'diets' in the past.

Today's lunch is going to be butternut squash soup and cheese sandwiches. This evening we're thinking of having a beef stir fry, although this is very low in calories, so we will probably have something else later. I aim to eat 1400-1500 calories today and my partner is aiming for around 1900-2000. We don't like to eat less, as it's just deprivation, and if we have an allowance - why not eat all of it!
