Figs and filo pastry - 450 calories

I fancied experimenting with some filo pastry as the texture is intriguing. I made a bit of a mess but the flavours were superb and our lunch was around 450 calories.
Here's my fig and goat's cheese 'cracker'. Don't laugh. It went well with a leafy salad, some very crispy bacon bits a few pine nuts and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic.
I used 2 sheets of ready made filo pastry (105 cals). This was brushed with 8g of melted butter. I then sprinkled with some chopped mint and thyme before scattering 50g of soft goat's cheese. Don't forget the salt and lots of pepper too. The figs were cooked for 10 minutes in the oven (to soften), then scattered on the cheese. I rolled it all up and put in the oven for a further 15 minutes at around 180 degrees C. The result was delicious - mainly because the figs were so beautifully ripe. If you leave out the bacon, then this meal will be around 400 calories.
