Weekend plan

Here's our lunch - ham hock soup. As fabulous as ever and very filling at around 200 calories for a portion this size. I added some grated cheese to mine and ate with a chunk of really fresh white bread and butter (nothing better).
The recipe is here - and can be adapted to suit.
For the weekend we've decided on beef teriyaki tomorrow and on Sunday we'll have chicken chasseur. So there are a couple of new dishes for us to try out.
