Jacket potatoes

Jacket potato with coleslaw and beans
I forgot to take the beef curry out of the freezer, so we had this jacket potato with beans and coleslaw instead.
We used Estima potatoes - and they were really tasty, slightly waxy and moist yet still quite fluffy. Choose your favourite spud - and enjoy it.
Beans, creamy coleslaw and a little grated cheese made the perfect meal. The potatoes were around 300g each - about 280 calories each. That may seem a lot, but it was very filling, and the rest of the ingredients probably brought our dinner to around 500 calories. I doubt if we'll feel the urge to pick at anything later either!
