Friday already - meal ideas

Friday already - and here are some of the meal ideas we're thinking about. I suspect we'll have some soup and a sandwich for lunch. I made this really tasty chicken soup with mini dumplings and froze a few portions.
Here's the recipe for this delicious chicken soup. It's really low in calories and very filling.
Friday is usually one of our FULL calorie allowance days, but we may make it another 'good' day as we've only had 2 good days so far this week. Aiming for a good day is one thing, achieving it is another. If we don't quite make it, we won't worry though as our weight has already dropped back.
Later on we'll probably make our way out to see some friends. We always like to eat something before we go out, and what better than these fabulously quick and easy chicken fajitas.
If the rain holds off we'll take the long route to the pub - clocking up a few more calories.
