Sunday roast chicken

Our favourite is the good old traditional Sunday roast with all the trimmings. We've continued to eat like this while losing weight, because it's a habit we didn't want to give up. It's very nutritious too. We cook our roast chicken using a metal domed roasting tin with a lid. Here's how we cook the perfect roast chicken.
The gravy was made from the roasted juices - and we usually manage to remove most of the fat.
Today we have a FULL calorie allowance, and this meal is around 650-700 calories. So why not fill up on something as delicious as this?
There's lots of chicken left over for salads, sandwiches and as usual, I'll be making one of my favourite CHICKEN SOUPS
