SMOKY BBQ PORK SPARE RIBS

These PORK SPARE RIBS disappeared in no time over the Bank Holiday weekend. 
To ensure your spare ribs are tender, simmer them for 30-40 minutes before marinating them in this rich BBQ sauce.
Why not try our recipe below. We're sure you will really enjoy the freshness of the sauce which will liven up whatever meat you are eating! They work equally as well cooked in the oven.

SMOKY BBQ RIBS
One tsp smoked paprika 
One tsp cumin 
2 small cloves garlic 
2 teaspoons soy sauce 
a glug of tomato ketchup
10-15ml honey 
black pepper
one onion

Blend all the sauce ingredients. We braised our pork ribs for 30-40 minutes. Smother ribs with the bbq sauce. Cook on the BBQ or place in a hot oven until crispy.
