At around 350 calories - this lunch was light and tasty. Very quick to make too. Garlic and chilli gave this dish a lovely gentle heat. We had a little less pasta today with just 50g of dried pasta and 100g of prawns per person. The prawns were cooked from raw but ready cooked would be fine. A slice of bread and butter on the side added a few more calories. The last time we made this dish, we used fresh pasta - here's the recipe for spicy prawns and pasta.
We're off out for a nice stroll as the weather is good for a change. On our return we will be tucking into our slow braised shoulder of lamb in a red wine.
