One of our favourite mid-week meals - tuna, egg and cheese salad. This salad is under 450 calories and the new potatoes were very tasty, wrapped in a little butter and salt. In fact, we season all our food - including salad leaves which a lot of people forget - and because of this, we think we've stopped craving salty snacks.
