Chicken fajita

Here's my chicken fajita filling. It was a very easy meal to make.
Take some strips of chicken breast and coat in fajita spice then fry in a little oil.
The wrap was spread with Chinese sweet chilli sauce (because we had it in the cupboard) and some full fat greek yoghurt (because it was in the fridge). Put whatever you like inside. It could be beef strips if that's what you fancy.
Our wrap is under 500 calories - but warm and tasty and very satisfying.
Here's the finished version (it didn't last long either). I bought a red pepper and sliced this together with some sliced onion and fried in oil. The pepper and onion mix should keep the wrap nice and moist. You might like to add creme fraiche etc but watch out for the calories. By using a good quantity of chicken the wrap is quite filling and keeps the calories down because you won't want a second wrap. Better to have one large wrap than two smaller ones, because each tortilla wrap is around 200 calories alone!
