Lasagne

We love this BEEF LASAGNE (the link will take you to our own blog recipe) - and this dinner is around 500 calories. So we still have calories left to play with, and a chunk of crusty bread would fit the bill nicely. It's your choice!
I made a double portion of the beef mixture, as I'm going to freeze the rest.
We managed a short walk before dinner which was nice and relaxing. They say exercise a little more and eat a little less - well we have adapted that slightly with our unique method, and the results have been amazing. Our 'exercise' is walking.
It takes a leap of faith eating all this food to actually lose weight - but it's worked for us.
