Sharing a bagel wasn't a problem - we could have had a whole one if we fancied, but this was quite a filling lunch. Half a bagel is around 130 calories. Two eggs and 60g of smoked salmon each. We used butter on the bagel, and a little oil on the watercress, because that's what we like. I know this is a normal (calorie) day, but we are saving our calories for later as we plan to have a barbecue later. We've got the other half of the chicken to use up, some spare ribs and sausages.
