Using a slightly larger pack of cheese, this meal came to around 500 calories in total. The ciabatta and wonderfully fresh beef tomato was delicious too.
We're possibly having some gammon, egg and either chips or beans tonight. Tomorrow's lunch is probably a chicken, bacon and avocado salad. We like to have a few meal ideas ahead - as it helps us focus.
