After a fantastic start to the week - yesterday managing a 'good' day with ease and today has been great so far. For lunch we treated ourselves to smoked salmon, scrambled egg, rocket salad and rye bread. I love the flavour of rye bread - and our lunch came to around 500 calories.
For dinner we're having the beef and mushroom hotpot we had planned.
Planning is one of the key aspects to our successful weight loss. It's not easy to do - and sometimes we've been stuck for ideas - but if you keep at it, it sort of becomes a habit.
Eating whatever we want is what's helped us lose so much weight and kept it off.
