Lunch was a very filling cheese, corned beef and potato salad. The potatoes had a little butter and salt, and I had salad cream with my salad today.
For dinner we think it's going to be some fish - lemon sole with minted peas and mash. The mash should leave us with some potato skins, as we like to cook the potatoes in the oven then scoop out the flesh. We can use the skins for tomorrow's dinner. Nothing is wasted.
